Appointment Cancellation Policy

Luxe Aesthetic Center is committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. No-shows, late shows and cancellations prevent another patient from being seen. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We would like to remind you of our policies regarding missed appointments. 

Cancellation of an Appointment

In order to be respectful of the needs of other patients, please be courteous and call Luxe Aesthetic Center promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. Our healthcare providers & aestheticians want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses the opportunity to be seen.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel your appointment, please call (714)970-9100.
If you do not reach the receptionist, you may leave a detailed message on our voice mail. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and telephone number.
We will return your call promptly.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled without a 24-hour advance notice. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No Show Policy

A “no show” is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling it. Failure to arrive at a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “no show”. This includes arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. “No shows” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

Aesthetician and CO2 Fractional Laser Services

Aesthetician and CO2 Fractional laser services must be held with a credit card and/or treatment deposit. These services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount or result in the loss of appointment deposit amount. A credit card “HOLD” transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
