Prior to your treatment, to help prevent bruising we recommend not drinking alcohol 24 hours prior to your treatment and avoid taking aspirin or other blood thinners like ibuprofen 4 – 7 days prior to your treatment (unless taken for other medical issues, i.e. heart conditions).
