Appointment Cancellation Policy

Luxe Aesthetic Center is committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations prevent another patient from being seen. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us enough time to offer the slot to another client on our waitlist.

If there is more than one missed appointment or late cancellation, we reserve the right to collect a non-refundable deposit to hold future appointments. This policy ensures fairness to all clients trying to book with us.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel your appointment, please call (714) 970-9100. If you do not reach the receptionist, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail. If you would like to reschedule, please leave your name and telephone number and we will return your call promptly.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled without 48 hours’ advance notice. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” refers to a patient who fails to attend a scheduled appointment without informing us in advance, including arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time. No-shows will be recorded on the patient’s chart and charged 50% of the reserved service amount. After a missed appointment or late cancellation, we reserve the right to collect a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments.

Aesthetician and CO2 Fractional Laser Services

Aesthetician and CO2 Fractional Laser services must be held with a credit card and/or treatment deposit. These services not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount or result in the loss of the appointment deposit. A credit card “hold” transaction may be placed to reserve the appointment time.
