Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By scheduling an appointment with Luxe Aesthetic Center, you acknowledge and agree to our 48-hour Appointment Cancellation Policy.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Luxe Aesthetic Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care and reserving dedicated time for every patient. Because many of our providers are booked weeks to months in advance and we maintain an active waiting list, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient in need of care.

Appointment Reservations

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.

Your card will not be charged unless your appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or missed within our cancellation window, or as otherwise outlined below.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the following cancellation fees:

Injection & Medical Provider Appointments

30-minute appointments: $75
60-minute appointments: $100
Appointments over 60 minutes: $150

Aesthetician Appointments

Any facial service: $50

Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

CO2 Fractional Laser Appointments

A $250 deposit is required when scheduling all CO2 Fractional Laser treatments.

This deposit will be applied toward your treatment at the time of service.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a future appointment.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $250 deposit.

Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows

After three late cancellations or no-shows, future appointments will require a nonrefundable appointment deposit at the time of scheduling.

If the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be applied toward a future service at Luxe Aesthetic Center.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call (714) 970-9100.

If you reach our voicemail, please leave your full name, phone number, and appointment information. Voicemails received at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will satisfy our cancellation policy.

Patient Acknowledgement

By scheduling an appointment with Luxe Aesthetic Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Appointment Cancellation Policy. You authorize Luxe Aesthetic Center to charge the applicable cancellation fee or appointment deposit to the credit card provided if the terms of this policy are not met.
