Nikki Avila has been with Luxe Aesthetic Center since 2008 and has played a big part in shaping the welcoming, high-quality experience that patients have come to expect. As the practice manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so that both patients and providers can feel supported and cared for.
She earned her MBA from Azusa Pacific University and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Cal State Fullerton. With years of management experience under her belt, Nikki brings both professionalism and a personal touch to her role at Luxe.
She’s passionate about staying current with the latest trends and technologies in the aesthetic world, and she brings that same enthusiasm into making sure every patient has the best experience possible. Having been a patient herself since Luxe first opened, she knows firsthand how important it is to feel heard and valued.
Nikki lives in Corona, California with her husband, their two beautiful daughters, and their dogs. She has a deep passion for hospitality and is always looking for ways to enhance the overall customer experience. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxed weekends at home, family outings, and making memories with her favorite people.
